Booking information
Here you will find all the information about your stay at Apart Schneider in Mathon | Ischgl in advance.
Your apartment will be available from 3 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 AM at the latest.
Your four-legged friends are also welcome with advance notice. Please note that your pets should not be left alone in the apartments.
We charge a fee of € 15,00 per day (without food) for dogs.
Payment is only possible in cash or by bank transfer (no EC or credit cards).
Smoking is prohibited in all of our apartments. We kindly ask you to go outside or use the balconies to smoke, even if you are using e-cigarettes.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival, there are no cancellation fees
- between 3 months and 1 month before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price
- between 1 month and 1 week before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price
- within the last week before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price
Out of consideration for our other guests, we kindly ask you to keep the volume down after 10 PM. Parties are not allowed in our establishment.
We will gladly provide cribs, highchairs, or bed rails upon request.
